We're Organizers

Sila is a single place to host events, build community, and keep people connected — without the app-juggling, the spreadsheets, or the busywork. From a casual meetup to a recurring community of thousands, everything lives in one place.

What drives us

Connection first

Every feature starts with one question: does this bring people closer together? If the answer is no, we don't build it.

Beautiful simplicity

Powerful doesn't have to mean complex. We obsess over removing steps, not adding them.

Community-driven

Built by organizers, for organizers. Your feedback shapes the roadmap. Your success defines ours.

Founder of Sabeel. Building Sila. Previously software engineer at AWS & GitHub.

I started a community for adults & young families to grow closer to faith — and to each other. It worked. Thousands of members. Hundreds of events. People showing up for each other in ways that changed their lives.

But as we scaled, the admin scaled faster. Every gathering meant a new spreadsheet, another email blast, more apps to juggle. I was spending more time coordinating tools than connecting with people.

I wasn't alone. Every community leader I talked to had the same problem — the bigger their community got, the further they drifted from the reason they started it.

So I built the tool I wished I'd had from day one.

After years building products at AWS and GitHub, I knew what good software looked like. And I knew community organizers didn't have it. Sila is the result — a single place to host events, grow community, and stay close to your people without drowning in busywork.
